Spanish Carpeting

My big portrait of Penelope Cruz. My biggest problem with my portraits is that I can't make the celebrities look exactly like themselves. I'm always one of so details off, but I can't pinpoint the problem.

What do you guys think? Does it look like her? Can you see any flaws?

P.S. It's called Spanish Carpeting because I put one of my first textures in the background: I usually leave it boring white.
