Also titled "New Rockstar".

"Yo' Light" refers to a song I wrote a couple months ago. It's got a great mood to it.

I like the background design, even though it doesn't exude as much frantic energy as I had planned. I think something I need to do in the future is just to go crazy and spontaneous on a piece. Everthing I do is so calculated.

This could be a self-portrait, maybe, but I do use myself in alot of my art anyways so I-dunno. I tried to simulate screen print textures (faking it with an extra fine Sharpie) and I kind of like it. It's also something else I want to practice in the future.

What do you guys think- always love to hear your thoughts and critique!

I like this ! It reminds me of those 60's rock posters. I dont know why but the classic song (somebody to love ) comes to mind when I see this. Well done !

I think it's very creative. But I know what you mean about calculated. This is my worst problem. But then again, accidental doesn't work either. Maybe got to work somewhere in the middle. Creative but intentional. Maybe it's like cooking soup.
